On Friday March 3rd the Annual Boston Chapter Ski/Snowboard travelled to Waterville Valley for a day on the slopes! Mother Nature delivered in a big way with bluebird skies, only the occasional zephyr and a weeks’ worth of new snow delivering the best conditions of the season.
Over the years, this outing has grown in popularity, and we had 153 attendees this year continuing the trend. Attendees raved about the conditions and enjoyed a banquet together to celebrate the day, accompanied by live music all for a good cause. The Ski Trip is held every year in remembrance of Joel Goldenberg, an avid skier and founding member of the ISPE Boston Area Chapter.
The proceeds from the Outing support the Educational Scholarship Foundation, as Joel’s family believed supporting educational pursuit was the best way to honor Joel’s legacy.
