learn about the biologic process, how it has been harnessed by mankind to
create beer. Learn what impacts the joy of beer taste, and do so with a beer in
Donovan, Program/Project Manager, Nitto Avecia Brian Donovan
has 25 years of experience in brewing, food processing, biotechnology, and
industrial enzyme production, with specific experience with process design and
optimization as well as maintenance and reliability. He has held positions in
process engineering, project management, operations & maintenance
management at such companies as Anheuser Busch, United Brewing Systems, Harpoon
Brewery and Verenium.
Chronley, Vice President, A/Z Corporation, a Cianbro Company Kevin M Chronley has a long history with ISPE
and Beverage Consumption; which both contributed to surviving/serving on many
committee and board positions for ISPE, currently a Past President of the
Boston Area Chapter. As
a Chemical Engineer, I have long marveled at understanding the biotech process
of producing the multitude of types and styles of beer. I have volunteered to
introduce and support our subject matter expert and speaker Brian Donovan.
