Join
Advantexe and ISPE Women in Pharma (WIP) on a digital simulation providing
participants with the knowledge and new perspectives needed to develop their
skills, careers, and earn a "seat at the table". During the 3 sessions (2 virtual and 1
in-person), learners will be introduced to business acumen and leadership
topics through simulations similar to how pilots hone their instincts and
flying skills through a flight simulator.
You'll be learning how to "fly a business”!

Advantexe
simulations serve as a bridge between learning and real-life experience by
applying new ideas and concepts in a risk-free environment that emulates a
working environment to experience systematic consequences of your actions.
There are two types of simulations in this program:
1.
Business Acumen - simulation designed to show the
cause and effect of strategy development and execution through cross-functional
operational business decisions
2.
Best Practical Leadership - decision-tree simulations where
learners interact with characters in the realistic business situations and
"the story" unfolds based upon learners' actions at critical decision
points.

Session 1: February 8, 2023 (5 – 6pm
EST, virtual)
Session 2: February 15, 2023 (5 – 8pm EST, virtual)
Session 3: March 6, 2023 (3 – 8pm EST, in-person, Boston, MA, location TBD)
Rob Brodo is the President & CEO of Advantexe. In
this role, Rob sets and executes Advantexe’s global business strategy. He has more
than 25 years of training experience with a focus in healthcare and
pharmaceuticals. Currently working with Merck, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, BMS,
Gilead, Vertex, and Alnylam. Rob is an author and developer of Advantexe’s
Strategic Business Selling™ content that integrates business acumen and
strategic selling into a unique sales account management and sales leadership
training solution. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton
School of Business and currently resides outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Rob has frequent speaking engagements, having presented at ATD, Masie Learning
Conference, Training Magazine’s learning conference, The Conference Board, as
well as hundreds of sales meetings, company functions and events. He currently
facilitates over 75 client programs a year.
