Adrianna Gabriel-Miller is the Vice President of Executive Coaching at CCI Consulting, where she partners with organizations to develop strategic talent solutions for today’s fast-evolving leadership landscape. With over 13 years at Johnson & Johnson, she brings a wealth of experience in guiding organizations through change while driving high performance. Adrianna is passionate about people and continuous development, bringing a blend of action-oriented leadership and coaching expertise. She designs customized coaching programs, ensuring quality and consistency, and specializes in fostering diverse, equitable, and inclusive cultures. Adrianna works with leaders to drive tangible results, using a holistic approach that combines assessment data and skill development to promote lasting change. Her compassionate, results-focused style creates a safe space for leaders to build confidence, maximize effectiveness, and embrace authenticity. She holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rutgers University, is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional, and earned an M.S. in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in Organizational Consulting and Executive Coaching.
