Celebrating Innovation, Inclusion, and Community at Gillette Stadium
Each year, the ISPE Product Show brings together life sciences professionals, innovators, and industry partners for a day of learning, connection, and discovery. The 2025 show at Gillette Stadium was no exception—offering everything from dynamic education sessions to immersive experiences and powerful networking moments. Below, two attendees share their reflections: one from behind the scenes as part of the Product Show Committee, and another from the floor engaging with the next generation of industry professionals.
A Message from Kevin Mitchell, 2025 Product Show Chair
Wow—another ISPE Product Show in the books! It’s hard to believe this event has been going strong for 33 years. I started attending when I was just 20 years old—almost three decades ago—and it truly gets better every year.
As the Product Show Committee, we work hard as a team to come up with new ways to make the show more educational, engaging, and fun. This year, we pushed ourselves to get even more creative, adding excitement to the new Red Level with attractions like the Golf Simulator, Snowboarding, and Driving Simulators. The area saw much more traffic than last year—which is great to see!

I absolutely love this show and the community that makes it so special. I’m grateful to all our vendors for their financial support, early setup, and incredible exhibits that help advance the life sciences industry and get treatments and cures to patients worldwide. That’s why I often say this show feels like Christmas for our industry. Once a year, we all come together—friends, family, customers, partners, suppliers, and even competitors—to share ideas and innovations that make the world a better place.
A huge thank you to my fellow Product Show Committee members and everyone at CAMI for all their hard work in putting together another great event. And to all who attended, I hope you left with something new to help you in your work—and, in turn, help another patient get better. I can’t wait to see what we create together for next year’s show!

A Perspective from the Floor – by Joel Mowatt
On October 1, I had the opportunity to attend the ISPE Product Show 2025 at Gillette Stadium, one of the region’s largest gatherings for life sciences professionals. Representing AVS Life Sciences at the Career Fair, I had fantastic conversations with early-career professionals exploring CQV, validation, and regulatory pathways in pharma and biotech. It’s always inspiring to meet the next generation of engineers and scientists who are passionate about driving safe, compliant innovation forward.
One highlight of the day was the EDEI Neurodiversity Panel, led by Kelly Colón and Gabriella Barbuto of Eledex Consulting. Their session, “Cracking the Code: How Neurodiversity Elevates Your Team,” offered valuable insight into how organizations can foster truly inclusive workplaces. I especially appreciated their message about shifting from the medical model of “fixing” neurodivergence to the social model that celebrates unique strengths and cognitive diversity. It was a powerful reminder that inclusion isn’t just policy—it’s practice.
The day concluded with the networking after party, a great opportunity to unwind and exchange ideas with peers from across the industry. Overall, the ISPE Product Show was a vibrant mix of innovation, community, and inclusion—a reflection of how our industry continues to evolve for the better.
