Unleash your Potential: Dream, Explore and Achieve, an esteemed gathering dedicated to empowering young professionals.
During this event, panelists will share their personal experiences, expertise, and knowledge, offering students a unique opportunity to learn about different career trajectories and gain valuable industry perspectives. The event will foster an interactive environment where students could ask questions, engage in discussions, and network with professionals in their areas of interest such as how to get a full-time job in the industry, resume reviews, questions on how daily roles look like and so on. It will broaden the students' understanding of potential career options in the biotech, healthcare and pharmaceutical industry and facilitate meaningful connections between aspiring professionals and industry leaders.
This program is a collaboration between Northeastern University's Graduate Women in Science and Engineering, ISPE Boston's Ethnocultural Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, and ISPE Boston's Student Development Committee.

James
Sinoimeri, Manufacturing Sciences & Technology (MSAT) Process Engineer,
BioNTech
James is a Process Engineer in the Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MSAT) group at BioNTech, focused on T-cell therapy manufacturing industrialization. He graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in chemical engineering. While a student at Northeastern, James served as the President of the ISPE Northeastern University Student Chapter for two years, and was awarded the Joel Goldenberg Scholarship from the ISPE Boston Area Chapter. Prior to his current role, James worked in process development research roles at Moderna and Indigo Ag.

Marisa
Sposato, Engineer II, Moderna Marisa holds a master of science degree in manufacturing engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where she also earned a BS in chemical engineering. In 2017, she received the Joel Goldenberg Scholarship from the ISPE Boston Area Chapter and is a member of the Women in Pharma group at ISPE. Currently, Marisa works as an engineer in Drug Product Development at Moderna. Marisa previously worked at Vertex Pharmaceuticals in the Continuous Manufacturing and Preformulation groups. Additionally, Marisa volunteers as an Industry advisor for the ISPE Framingham State University Student Chapter and is a co-chair of the Student Development Committee at ISPE. |

Emily
Ortega, Process Development Associate, Amgen Emily
obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute. In 2019, she was the Chapter President of The American
Institute of Chemical Engineers. During her Co-Op at Regeneron
Pharmaceuticals in New York, she specialized in formulation development.
Emily is proud of her Latina heritage from Cuba and Ecuador.

Silas
Tamufor, Quality Assurance in Research & Development, Sanofi Silas works in the Quality Assurance
Department for Research and Development at Sanofi in Framingham. He's
currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Public Health Epidemiology at Walden University,
having already earned a Master's degree in biotech from Framingham State
University and a B.S. from Worcester State University. Additionally, Silas
volunteers for the ISPE Boston Area Chapter where he contributes to the
Educational Programs and Product Show Committee Program. |

Victor Szeto, Manager
or Regulatory Affairs, Takeda Victor currently serves as a manager in the Global
Regulatory Affairs department at Takeda. Prior to this role, he gained
experience as a Validation Engineer at Takeda and as a Quality Control
Supervisor in Microbiology at Thermo Fisher. He also worked at the Shire as a
Quality Control Technician and Validation Engineer. Victor holds a Master's
degree in Bioscience Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
