On February 24th from 5:30pm to 7:00pm come hear
a panel of speakers discuss the diversity of Pharma in what will be an engaging
event that will highlight some of the challenges and solutions from academia
through the corporate environment. If
you are looking to learn more about Diversity and Inclusion and what you can do,
then you will walk away with a wealth of knowledge. This panel discussion will
give you an opportunity to learn from some of the leading experts and to ask
the difficult questions that you have. Many companies are looking to have a
diverse workforce because diversity
makes good business sense. A more diverse workforce is a more productive,
competitive workforce. This time gives us an opportunity to make positive
change. But it brings challenges that will require tools and support.
Although the shortage of diverse candidates within the engineering field is not a new challenge, the current climate has catalyzed opportunities to move the industry towards more inclusive representation of minorities.
