Fun at the Spring Golf Tournament!

Yesterday, ISPE Boston hosted the annual Spring Golf Tournament at the Blue Hill Country Club in Canton, MA. With a very high attendance rate, our members enjoyed a beautiful sunny day out on the 27-hole golf course. After the near-record heat we received in Massachusetts the previous weekend, we couldn’t have asked for better weather! Everyone was able to catch up with old friends, network with colleagues, and make new friends. Over the duration of the tournament, we ran several competitions: the overall tournament, and five shooting contests. Our winners are:

1st place in the Tournament: Sherwood Butler, Herbie Akin, Dan Paquette, and Jerry Nadeau
2nd place in the Tournament: Rich Trabucco, Matt Haverty, Sean Dwyer, and Robert Melchionda
3rd place in the Tournament: Dan Obrzut, Bryan Donovan, and Mike Levesque
Closest to the pin (Men at hole 7): John O’Connell with 3 Feet
Closest to the pin (Men at hole 23): Dave Williams with 2 Feet 11 Inches

After the tournament concluded, players congregated on the patio for more networking and catching up with friends with a buffet dinner to close out the day.
